Earthing. Ever heard of it?
It's the idea that by connecting to the earth with our bare feet we are able to tap into the minerals/electrons in the earth, a source of healing. There is science to back it up and our pediatrician even recommends it!
All you have to do to is to walk barefoot outside, or have some part of your body come in contact with the Earth. If you happen you live near the beach, you've got it made.
Since everyone started wearing shoes everywhere, we’ve lost our contact with the earth and its electrical field.
