Many have asked me to share some recipes, so here you go - the first of a series! I use Josiah's Lemon Essential Oil in my Lemon Chicken recipe - it is simple and a big hit. Add 2 Tbs coconut oil to cast iron skillet; add 1 tsp pure butter; warm until melted on low; add 2 drops EO - keep on low and stir until combined; add 1 lb chicken breast and salt to taste. I cook this recipe slow and low until the chicken in cooked through and garnish the serving plate with lemon wedges. You can substitute Josiah's Orange Oil for orange chicken too! Serve over rice (you can heat the pre-cooked rice though in butter or coconut oil with a drop of lemon oil as well for lemon rice!)
