Ho Wood Oil is steam distilled from the bark and wood of the ho tree grown in China. This oil is extremely high in calming linalool (also found at lower concentration in oils like lavender) and is therefore excellent for promoting peaceful rest and a relaxed mind. Ho Wood has a woody, floral, and camphor's scent blends well with both floral and citrus oils. For example, blend Ho Wood with Lavender and diffuse to promote deep relaxation. Ho wood also blends well with citrus fruits such as Bergamot or Grapefruit.
To Use:
Diffuse
Add to Personal Inhaler Himalayan Salt
Dilute in carrier oil for skin applications (Max. 5%)
Not an edible oil
