Blends With: Basil, Birch Sweet, Bergamot, Eucalyptus, Lavender, all citrus oils and Rosemary.
Uses:
Very effective in reducing nausea; may be used in addition to peppermint for nausea as it works in a different part of the brain to reduce symptoms. A 2013 study showed it reduced nausea following chemotherapy (Tayarani-Najaran 2013)
