ZZZ's (Gentle Sleep Blend)
Many have asked for a bottled blend that I have found most helpful for Josiah's sleep. Here it is! A very gentle blend of oils that promote rest and can increase oxygen levels with sesquiterpenes. These oils have been blended for balance by our own Clinical Aromatherapist for optimal effectiveness:
Lavender - Lavandula angustifolia, Bergamot - Citrus bergamia , and Cedarwood Atlas - Cedrus atlantica Essential Oils. This works well diffused at night.
Moreover a 2003 study showed the combination of these three essential oils significantly reduced anxiety and stress during radiotherapy. (Graham et al 2003). This is a great blend, therefore, to add to your personal inhaler not only for sleep, but for anxiety and stress.
