Suggested Uses: Lemongrass is known for its invigorating, antiseptic, pain relieving and detoxifying properties. When diffused, Lemongrass can help with depression and insomnia. Add to a facial cleanser and toner to help with acne and greasy skin. It can also be added to a carrier to relieve pain in muscles and joints and also headaches.
A 2008 clinical study showed that Lemongrass essential oils inhibited every strain of MRSA. (Chao et al 2008)
Cautions: To avoid the risk, use maximum dilution of 0.6% for topical applications.
