B Serrta is known and studied clinically for its anti-inflammatory effects. Frankincense Serrata is naturally high in natural constituents called alpha thujene, alpha-pinene, and limonene. These components belong to the monoterpenes chemical family, lending Frankincense Serrata to being a powerful antiseptic, decongestant, and anti-inflammatory agent.
For a blend that will help clear breathing, add 3 drops Frankincense Serrata, 2 drops Eucalyptus Globulus, 1 drop Rosemary, and 1 drop Josiah's Fir Needle in your diffuser.
